Shadows of the Sunflower

Shadows of the Sunflower began with expired Polaroid film and a curiosity to explore a subject from multiple viewpoints. Interested in the symbolic nature of flowers and their representation in art, I sought a subject with both personal and broader cultural significance: the sunflower.
